Returns & Exchanges

At Stardust Kids, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How to Return or Exchange
To start the process, please email us at support@stardust.kids. Be sure to include your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange. Please do not return items to the manufacturer or the sender address listed on your package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Store Credit
: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit within 7 business days, valid for 60 days.

Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply. We waive this fee if you opt for a store credit instead.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exclusions
All Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@stardust.kids. We’ll do our best to assist before your order ships, but once it’s left from our distributors, changes are not possible.

Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped for a fee or refunded as store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at support@stardust.kids with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
